Ginger Rosemary NoMosa

Ginger is a flowering plant closely related to turmeric. So it is no surprise that it is packed with antioxidants, boasts anti-inflammatory properties, and is chock full of therapeutic compounds. From fighting cancer to aiding digestion to relieving muscle soreness and joint pain, ginger is a health all-star. Combined with fresh orange and fragrant rosemary, this gingery drink satisfies on many levels.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces fresh orange juice
  • 8 ounces club soda
  • 1-inch piece of ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 clementine, separated
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Ice

Instructions

Pour orange juice and club soda in a glass over ice. Add the ginger slices and clementine segments and stir. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
