Mango Mint Mojo

If you haven’t jumped on the mango bandwagon yet, now is the time. The most widely consumed fruit in the world, mango protects against colon, breast, blood and prostate cancers; lowers cholesterol and aids in digestion; alkalizes the whole body and promotes a healthy complexion. Combined with fresh mint and lime, mango does the body good!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup diced mango
  • 3 mint sprigs
  • 8 ounces club soda
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

Gently muddle mango with mint sprigs and spoon mixture into a glass. Add ice and club soda and stir. Squeeze a lime wedge into the mixture and drop the wedge into the glass. Enjoy!
