We often take balance for granted when considering our level of fitness. Whether running errands around town, or negotiating sidewalk divots on a run, we use balance every day of our lives. Without balance, simple tasks become extremely challenging, and athletic feats become near impossible. 

RunFit believes everyone, regardless of age or activity level, should work to improve, and then maintain, their balance. We do this by incorporating both static and dynamic balance exercises that build a high center of gravity. Improving this center of gravity and establishing a strong base of support won't just mean fewer injuries during a training season, it will also mean more independence as we age.
