When embarking on a new fitness regimen, building strength and endurance are often the focus, and flexibility training doesn't typically make the cut. This is especially true for runners, who may well have coined the phrase, "I'll do it later."

Yet, a flexible body is more efficient, sees more gains in strength and endurance, benefits from a greater range of motion, is less injury-prone and recovers more quickly.

Flexibility training at RunFit is about more than stretching and foam rolling. Clients also benefit from movements that are the core tenants of yoga, pilates and barre practices, to lengthen muscles in a balanced and controlled fashion.
